My success is my team’s, and nothing makes me happier than when I request a backfill to a position because the existing resource has been promoted to another position. 

If our clients’ network and systems aren’t running, they’re not making money. So it gives us a sense of pride to know that we’re really helping companies be able to deliver to their customers.

I have a client who praises the team and tells me how great they are and how he can't believe how different it's been since they switched to us. It makes me feel like I'm not lying about what we can do and what our team does. We really have the best team.

Upper management is always open to meeting. If I say, hey, do you have 5 or 10 minutes for a call to talk about something it usually happens that day. 

VC3 supports and rewards ongoing education and they've given me a lot of opportunities to dive in, get some first-hand experience, and show what I can do. 

I absolutely love the flexibility of working from home. Instead of an hour on the road, I can spend an hour checking on what happened overnight. I actually give the drive time back to the company because it helps me get settled before the clients start calling.
